Abstract

Background. The execution of a notarial act by entering information into the Unified Federal Register of Legally Significant Information on the Act of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Other Economic Operators is an innovation of legislation; it has been introduced throughout Russia only since October 2016. However, notaries have already encountered a number of problems, which consist in the need for additional technical equipment of the workplace, training of employees of notary’s offices at the corresponding programs of additional education. The purpose of the work is to specify the procedure for executing a notarial act of entering information to be published in the Unified Federal Register of Legally Significant Information on the activities of economic entities.
Materials and methods. The research tasks were implemented through analyzing the requirements for the Notary’s Automated Workplace, with a view to determine the procedure for executing a notarial act. The methodological potential includes methods of comparative legal analysis that allow, having analyzed a number of normative documents, to define and formulate specific requirements for the technical equipment of a notary’s office and practical skills of a notary to execute of a notarial act.
Results. The requirements for the technical equipment of a notary’s office for operating in a module of the Single Federal Register of Legally Significant Information on the Activities of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Other Economic Operators have been determined. The article specifies the procedure of executing a notarial act – posting information to be published in the specified register of activities of economic entities.
Conclusions. “Notary” automated workplace must meet the requirements for such modules in order to timely and correctly perform notarial acts and prevent the committment of offenses and crimes, as well as violations of social and economic rights and freedoms of citizens involved in entrepreneurial activities.
